Beers were cold and steaks were big so I was a happy man. Very pleasant atmosphere at this pub, staff were nice, playing music at a good level as well.

I'm not too keen on the bar, however I absolutely love the classic pub meals served here. Just recently I've tried the chicken Kiev and the chicken parmigiana. I must say, the chicken parmigiana was likely one of the best I've had (and I'd refer to myself as an expert on them ). I definitely recommend eating here for lunch or dinner! The portion sizes are enormous, so value for money as well.
Staff were really flexible when we visited on a public holiday. My T bone steak was huge. They also offer vegetarian options on the menu. Lovely art deco establishment. In my top 20 Aussie pubs, and top 10 Queensland pubs.
