Nice n Cozy place... Felt very calm n relaxed...The only problem was there's an air conditioner in one bedroom n only a fan in other one..the beds were also small one so a bit uncomfortable... Rest all ok
The cabin we were in was horrible, the water pressure was little more than a dribble, that includes the shower in the ensuite, we had to walk to the shower block to use those showers. The bed was pushed hard against the wall on one side so had to crawl over the top of partner to get into bed. The coffee cups were filthy, there were dirty finger prints and dry dirt dribbles down the outside of the cups & coffee rings on the inside, needless to say we skipped the cuppa. And the best part of all? The door of the ensuite was glass, so everyone who was inside the cabin could watch you getting undressed/ dressed to use the shower and the glass door provided no privacy while using the toilet. Worst place yet!!!!!!I understand that the glass in the shower door is opaque, however it is still see through all the same. A curtain hung over the opaque glass would solve the issue or a coat of paint would work just as effectively

We have booked with Atherton Holiday Village twice. The first time we found it passable, given that we were only looking for a place to stay for a night before moving on. The staff werent rude, but were not overly pleasant to deal with. The main bed was horribly soft and at times we felt like we were going to roll out. The kitchen was not well equipped. A number of items had obviously gone walkabout over time and had not been replaced. It was very difficult to prepare and eat our meals. Overall, our unit was clean enough, but could have done with a decent overhaul to make it more presentable. The second time we booked with them they cancelled our booking and sent us an email saying, We are sorry to hear that you will not be able to make it on .. Our holiday plans were thrown in complete disarray. We rang them to ask what was happening; in essence they said that they had had a better offer. This was despite the fact that we had made the booking some time (month +) before. We then asked why they made the email look like we had cancelled the booking, not them. At this point they asked us if we wanted them to reword their email. We tried to make other bookings elsewhere, but were unable given the limited notice. As we said above our plans were ruined.We will not be using this place again. I am sure you can understand why.
