During Crocodile Trophy race, a competitor suffered a cracked rim. Rob at Northern Bikes not only found the special rim in Cairns, but arranged for it to be freighted urgently to Mareeba then changed cassete and fitted tyre in Atherton. Also made other adjustments, all after-hours, enabling the competitor to continue the famous 8 day international race. Remarkable service undertaken with precision, passion and promptness.
